Often you get what you walk into - a culture set in stone, forcing unique shapes and pieces within it, whether they fit, or not. It’s rare to join a team that will shift in shape to make room for each unique team member. We welcome growing pains and swear by top-to-bottom transparency, a practice we exercise every week in a companywide status report meeting. Oh yeah, we’re the real deal.
